*includes pantry fee, which covers items like oil, salt, pepper, dried herbs, spices, vinegar, tamari, and condiments that are used in small amounts and don't need to be purchased on a per client basis. This keeps grocery costs lower and reduces need for storage. I use pantry items that are certified organic whenever possible.
